Not long back we posted a couple of tracks by oddball, indie experimentalists Ball Of Flame Shoot Fire that came from their acclaimed debut album Jokeland.
Now, fresh from a couple of shows at the Northside Festival, they’ve given us this – The Glaive – the first single from their, as yet untitled, new album due out in a few months time.
The band most often draw comparisons to bands like Animal Collective, Yeasayer and Man Man and it is easy to see why, and easy to imagine this particular 5-piece holding their unpredictable heads up high in such company.
