We were big, big fans of Vanish Valley’s self-titled debut album (a lovely mix of rootsy folk and hazy country psychedelia) that we got hold of back in the summer of last year, so we were delighted to learn that the band have expanded in number and will release new album Get Good in September on the Hard Bark label.
Once again, perfectly blending elements of folk, country and psychedelic rock, the songs on Get Good ramble their way through hushed landscapes and into roll-your-window-down backcountry cruises. Try Races on for size – it is every bit as good as we’d hoped.
